Over the phone they were able to help me do some diagnosis of the problem and check for simple things to make sure they didn’t come out and have to charge for a service call for some minor thing I could do myself. Every other AC company I have ever called has someone that can only schedule an appointment and if you ask to talk to a technician they say sorry I can only schedule a time for someone to come to your home. It was obvious they are the type of company that gets repeat business from being honest and having Integrity.

Ours was an emergency repair during the heat wave. Jim came out at 9:00 on a Sunday to fix our A/C. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell us unneeded services. The cost was reasonable for the day and time of the repair, as well. We will definitely be using Jim in the future for our HVAC needs.

Jim is very professional. He came on time at 8:00 am, did some quick tests & knew exactly what the problem was, replaced a small part & a/c was running again. I was expecting him to recommend a system replacement like the other guy but he didn’t. He even suggested that if we really want to replace the system, around Mar-Apr is a good time for cheaper prices. He was done in 30 minutes. I would hire him again & recommend him to friends.
